Warranty Terms & Conditions

REPAIR

• The Module Repair Pro, Inc. Limited Repair Warranty covers only the repairs made to your module.
• The duration of warranty period depends on module type and is explicitly stated on the product page (6 month, 1 year, or Lifetime).
• Lifetime warranties are valid for as long as you own the vehicle but all warranties are non-transferable.

EXCHANGE

• The Module Repair Pro, Inc. Limited Exchange Warranty is activated upon us receiving your core.
• The Core must be returned within 30 days of receiving our module.
• Your core must be complete (no missing parts), with matching/compatible part numbers to the module purchased.
• There should be no water, fire, or physical damages.
• If you or someone else have attempted to repair the control, the core might not be eligible for refund, as repairs require special skills and the circuit boards could be easily damaged by an unprofessional approach, resulting in a non repairable module.
• Duration of warranty period depends on module type and is explicitly stated on the product page (6 month or 1 year).
• All warranties are non-transferable.

Shipping, removal, diagnostic, coding, programming, software downloads, and/or mechanic fees are not covered by the warranty.

If Module Repair Pro, Inc. determines that the part is beyond repair, we will either provide a replacement unit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

Factors that could void the warranty include, but are not limited to: water damage, fire damage, over-voltage damage, damage as a result of another defective part in the vehicle, damage caused by jump starting the vehicle, improper use, use in an application for which the part was not intended, or untimely return of core unit (if applicable).

Do not try to open the unit, broken seal will void the warranty.

If the problem was misdiagnosed and you no longer need the module, it may be returned for a 20% restocking fee.
